Chopard Happy Sport Watches Get Happier

The Swiss jewelry and watch company Chopard hit the jackpot in the 1970’s when it decided to start to focus on designing women’s watches and came out with the first Happy Diamonds watch, a watch that features diamonds within the face / dial that spin around as you move your wrist. This watch and the subsequent collections that followed it, became an international hit.
The Happy Sport collection was released in the mid 1990’s and is one of the most popular collections of women’s watches of all time. This collection has just been given a new look by Chopard. Each watch now comes with a new rubber strap, of which there are eleven colors to choose from. Chopard is following on the popularity of the (black) rubber strap, but keeping it feminine and fun by offering so many choices, such as aqua and blue to pastel shades. This color spectrum, whether you choose a bold or a light color, plays well off the cases of the Happy Sport watch, which come in polished steel or 18K gold, and the gorgeous diamonds that float freely around each timepiece. The rubber straps are textured and mimic what a metal bracelet looks like.
These new colored rubber straps give the Happy Sport watches a great new look, with choices that add a splash of color to whatever you’re wearing, truly making this watch more a watch, but a fabulous fashion accessory.
