Cash, Drugs & Cartier Watches

Cartier just can’t seem to get out of the news headlines lately. Last week there were robberies of Cartier jewelry and watches around the world, from a boutique on the French Riviera to a store in Chicago. This week a drug smuggler was caught crossing the U.S. / Mexican border with drugs, $3.6 million dollars in cash, eight Cartier watches and 43 Rolex watches!
The suspected smuggler comes from one of Mexico’s most feared cartels. One has to wonder what he was planning on doing with so many watches?
Thankfully, with all this bad press going around, there is also good news to share. Over in Atlanta, GA, Cartier was one of the sponsors of an event put together by Ovie Mughelli, fullback for the Atlanta Falcons, Lamborghini and Seraphin Cognac to raise awareness about the Ovie Mughelli foundation.
Mughelli’s foundation teaches underprivileged kids about going green and respecting the environment; that it’s not just something that rich people should be concerned about or know about. Once one was done learning, one was free to sip some aged cognac, gaze at a Lamborghini and view luxurious Cartier watches.
Ponder this for a moment, if you start “going green”, recycling, saving money on gas, etc. maybe you can make the argument that you can and should buy a Cartier watch. After all that hard work, wouldn’t you deserve one?
And to help your “Cartier watch” cause, we are offering super sale prices on all Cartier timepieces. Whether you’re a fan of the Santos, the Pasha, the Roadster, the Tank or any of the many other styles and models that Cartier makes, at these prices, you can’t say “no”.
Just do it.
