Omega Watches Constellation Collection for Women

Omega Watches offers many women’s watches, but the Constellation Collection is one of the best and one that has seen a recent make-over.
The 2009 Constellation women’s watches are similar to the older ones but with newer, better features. The star of the constellation is located at the 6 o’clock position and still retains the famous “claws” but these two have a more refined appearance. The bracelet which now features a butterfly clasp fit more comfortably.
These newer Constellation women’s watches come in a variety of models, including size and colors. The dials are sharp and precise and come in silver, champagne, white mother of pearl, black or brown, and are each enhanced by the supernova pattern that “shines” from the constellation star.
The watches come in five sizes: 24 mm, 27 mm, 31 mm, 35 mm and 38 mm, the latter two sizes being the ones that are most sought after since women, for awhile now, have shown preference for larger watches, but ones that still retain feminine characteristics.
The two smaller sized models feature the Omega quartz calibre 1376, while the 35mm watches are available either with the quartz calibre 1532 or with Omega’s co-axial calibre 2500. The 31 and 38mm versions use Omega’s in-house co-axial calibres 8520/8521 and 8500/8501 respectively. Each watch is water resistant up to 100 meters.
One of Omega’s women’s watches that takes the Constellation to new heights is the Constellation Quadra Quartz Chronograph. It measures 34 mm and comes in a rectangular shaped 18 carat red gold case, brown dial. The bezel features diamonds and the hands are gold. Seen on the wrist of Omega Ambassador Cindy Crawford, this is a spectacular watch.
