Breitling, Instruments For Professionals

Breitling prides themselves on crafting instruments for professionals, and that is a tall order that the company has been able to live up to since 1884.  One of Breitling’s new 2010 models is the Chrono Galactic Men’s Watch.   This distinguished men’s watch is one of my favorite new Breitling watches. 

From the outside, this is a bold and handsome timepiece.  It is encased in high-polish stainless-steel and sits on a steel Pilot bracelet.  The Breitling logo is displayed on the slate grey dial.  This watch is rugged and stylish, and it makes a strong statement.  As with most Breitling models, the Chrono Galactic was crafted with the wearer in mind.  Down to the smallest detail, the proportions of the watch were carefully calculated, for comfort.  The aesthetics aside, this is a true authentic Breitling…that equates to quality of the highest level. 

The Chrono Galactic is a self-winding mechanical, and Breitling is proud to be among the finest mechanical watchmakers in the world.  This Chronograph measures 12 hours, 30 minutes, and ¼ second and is also equipped with a dial aperture calendar.  The crystal is sapphire, and glareproofed on both sides.  This is a substantial watch, measuring 39mm in diameter and weighing over 91grams.
